How do I track my order?

Log in to your account and go to "My Orders". Each order shows its current status. If the seller provides a tracking number, it will appear there.

How long do bank transfers take?

Bank transfer payments are typically verified within 2–24 hours on business days. You'll receive an email notification when your payment is confirmed.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before the seller confirms dispatch. Contact support immediately if you need to cancel.

What if I receive wrong items?

Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We'll mediate with the seller for a replacement or refund.

How do I become a seller?

Go to your Account Settings and toggle on "Seller Mode". You can immediately start listing products.
